Our client is a Global Professional Services firm and they are recruiting a Finance Manager to be based out of their offices in Dubai. This position oversees the MENA region.

Client Details

Our client, a Multinational Professional Services firm is expanding their operations in the Middle East - they are recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee their operations in the MENA region. This position is based in Dubai.

Description

* Support Finance Control by managing end-to-end responsibilities of the finance function (AR, AP, client invoicing through to finalisation of records), ensuring completeness and accuracy.
* Ensure statutory reporting compliance to generate timely and accurate reports for senior business stakeholders.
* Coordinate month-end closing.
* Regularly review financial policies, ensuring they are updated and communicated to business stakeholders.
* Accountability for company accounts relating to cash flow, expenditure, payroll, and tax liabilities.
* Act as a strategic partner providing financial support and advice upon request.
* Support on audit cycles by providing timely information.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities to maximise profitability and result in efficiency improvements
* Managing the relationship and performance of outsourced partners including banks and accounting consultancies.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a MUST; Master's degree preferred
* Professional qualifications i.e., ACA,CA, CMA are a MUST
* Experience of working within a project-based environment/ professional services firm is a MUST
* 3-5 years of proven experience as Finance Manager/ Specialist or in similar financial management role, with the ability to operate in a lean team structure
* Solid understanding of Tax regulations in the MENA region
