Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day financial aspects of the programme, particularly in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring activities to provide strategic financial insights that supports decision-making.

Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement financial plans aligned with the goals and objectives of the programme.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts to provide insights into the programme's financial performance and support programme decision-making.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and KRIs to assess the financial health and performance of the programme. Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and management packs to the Programme Director and relevant stakeholders, ensuring the reports comply with relevant accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits, as required. Financial Resource Allocation and Management
- Work closely with Programme Director and other key programme stakeholders to allocate financial resources efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control programme expenditures to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the programme. Financial Training and Awareness
- Provide financial training and awareness sessions to program team members as needed.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting and / or Finance, Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree and / or relevant accounting / finance certifications is a plus. Years o
- Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum 8+ in a managerial role, preferably in the context of large-scale transformation programs or similar corporate initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely, particularly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Effective negotiation skills for financial aspects of vendor contracts.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment inherent to transformation programs
