Job description / Role
We are working with a regional real estate company with a main office in Dubai. We’re searching for a Finance Manager to oversee the whole finance team, both management and financial accounts. This is a brand new role which has been created to strengthen the existing team.
Salary: AED 30k plus family status (+ schooling)

Job Description
• Reporting to the CFO
• The Finance Manager is responsible for all the accounting functions business both financial accounting and management reporting
• Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements
• Proactively drive improved MIS reporting with the assistance of the Management Accountants
• Leads the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory reports
• Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner by the team
• Oversees more junior staff, mentoring, developing, training. Working out a development plan for each of them.
• Builds effective relationship with the SMT
Requirements
• UAE Real Estate development experience is essential
• Ideally started career in a large accounting firm such as the Big 4.
• Arabic speakers are preferred
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
• Working as a Finance Manager for at least 3 yrs
• Able to deal simultaneously with multiple tasks
• Show high levels of customer orientation
• A completer, finisher
• Logical, structured, methodical
• Assertive but cooperative
• Able to cope under pressure
• Flexible in approach to working hours and duties
• Able to prioritise
• Highly focused quality
