Our consultants operate regionally in the European, Middle Eastern and South East Asian markets, thanks to our regional offices in Zurich, Dubai, Singapore and Warsaw. With a team of 60 recruitment experts focusing mainly on finance, technology and executive sourcing, Swisslinx takes a professional and ethical stance on our client and candidate’s expectations.

To support our continued growth in the Middle East, we are seeking driven and motivated Recruiters to join our Dubai office.

Your challenge:

In joining as a Recruiter in our firm, you will contribute to the company’s successful expansion in the Middle Eastern market achieved through:

• Completion of the full recruitment lifecycle on the candidate side
• Candidate search and selection using your creativity and tenaciousness on internal networks, job boards, and social media
• Selection and interviewing of local and international candidates
• Relationship management using your innate people skills and charm
• Active support of key account managers in the development of our business
• Ensure our candidates receive the best recruitment services possible
• Unleash your potential and reap the rewards

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Your skills and experience:

In addition to the blueprint professional attitude, strong ethics and solid portion of humor we find in our colleagues, we expect the successful candidate for this role to bring the following:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience from an agency, preferably in finance recruitment
• Sales drive, eager to learn and progress
• Hardworking, driven and motivated to achieve and surpass your targets
• Responsibility and accountability for your work
• Outstanding communication skills in English. Arabic is considered a great asset

This is a role for an experienced recruiter and NOT a finance professional such as an accountant.
