In this role, you will be supporting Deloitte Consulting leadership in developing, enforcing and monitoring interfirm policies and procedures across various Deloitte Member Firm countries/ regions. Moreover, the individual in this role will play a key part in assessing and flagging potential risks related to interfirm services agreements, taxation and financials on Deloitte projects - from a contractual perspective. This role also includes maintaining a central repository of Deloitte interfirm contracts, and enhancing the existing archiving process by leveraging technology and other available resources.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the COO office, Deloitte Risk team, Deloitte Tax, and Finance to devise and execute risk management policies, strategies and initiatives on interfirm contracts
- Develop contract evaluation and training materials for Deloitte executives and project leaders.
- Provide ongoing advisory services to Deloitte Project leaders, on how to complete interfirm agreements, while adhering to Deloitte DME's considerations
- Analyze findings from risk assessments and compile reports for presentation to management.
- Contribute insights and solutions for handling compliance issues on interfirm contracts.
- Liaise with the different Deloitte offices (Middle East, Europe and international) to reinforce Deloitte Middle East policies on Middle East projects.
- Identify risks and formulate action plans to minimize Deloitte Middle East exposure on interfirm contracts

Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar roles
- Demonstrable expertise in risk management, general taxation, financials and billing, contract management & corruption practices.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with effective decision-making capabilities.
