Job description / Role
Fire & Life Safety Engineer required to join a well established and highly regarded boutique Fire & Life Safety Consultancy in Abu Dhabi. The Fire & Life Safety Engineer I am looking for will have at least 6 year's experience in a Fire & Life Safety or multi-disciplinary consultancy background. The Fire & Life Safety Engineer will report directly to the Director and be well versed with NFPA, UAE and British Standards. The Fire & Life Safety engineer will be working on prestigious projects across the region.
The Successful candidates will join a leading, boutique Fire & Life Safety Consultancy in Dubai, working on iconic projects across the region. My client is looking for someone who has experience working on a variety of projects including Hotels, Mixed-use, residential, high-rise and airports, preference is given to candidates with GCC experience.
Along with gaining exposure to iconic projects within the UAE, this fantastic consultancy will pay the successful candidate an all inclusive package ranging from 22,000 - 25,000 AED per month + 1-3% monthly commissions (based on sales & invoicing targets, gained from an internal leads database), medical + insurances + flights + local government gratuities.

Requirements
To be successful in your application & to be considered for an interview, the below requirements are absolutely essential for this role:
* 6-8 years of experience in the field of Fire & Life Safety
* Sound knowledge of the UAE fire and life safety code;
* Able to pass Dubai Civil Defence exam;
* Sound knowledge of NFPA 101/5000
* Understands and can undertake CFD/FDS modelling if required;
* Sound knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi civil defence requirements especially Abu Dhabi with fire strategy approvals;
* Sound knowledge in undertaking building audits inspections and final inspections relating to the fire strategy;
* Sound knowledge of cladding inspection requirements
