Planning Manager - Fit Out & Interiors
Our client are a leading international Fit Out / Interior contractor who predominantly specialize in high end hospitality, retail and F&B markets.
They are now recruiting for an experienced Fit Out Planning Manager who is capable of managing a team of planning engineers, both tender and site reporting directly to the GM. With the average projects in the range of AED 10m – AED 150m, The Fit Out Planning Manager will assist in the development and preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports to the client, the updating of the baseline schedule, including the executive summary. The role will inherit a strong planning function and some exciting projects
Requirements
* Have 5 years + experience as a Planning Manager within he GCC
* 10 years + in Planning (Interiors)
* Exp in EOT, Claims, delay analysis ect
* Ideally degree qualified
This is an urgent requirement, candidates that can start within 30 day will be preferred
