Fit Out Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Liaising with external stakeholders including architects, engineers, project managers and clients
• Day to day management of sub-contractors
• Building relationships with building managers, suppliers, leasing managers
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• Managing the project schedule and raising any issues with the PM
• Ensure is effectively implemented and managed at each site
• Ensure transition of projects from construction phase to Service Contracts
• Manage and report to relevant client contacts
• Manage major sub-contractor relationships
• Managed service / maintenance operation in major infrastructure environment
• Continuous improvement in service/maintenance process

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree is preferred
• Must have an experience as Fit- out Site Supervisor
• 8-10 years' working experience with experience in working in UAE
• Hotel project experience is highly preferred
• Willingness to work in Dubai
