Position Title: Floor Manager/Indoor Sales
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission

About the Client:
A sophisticated aesthetics clinic based in Dubai using top of the line care and technology
Job Description:
• Upsell and cross-sell services to walk-in patients, explaining treatments and products to clients and driving loyalty programs.
• Act as an in-charge manager in maintaining cleanliness of front desk and common areas, as well as in handling client requests and complaints.
• Assist clients with queries, bookings, and services that the clinic is offering while ensuring knowledge of daily clinic operations, protocols, and changes.
• Manage schedules, bookings, and number of treatments and/or any special client requirement during start and end of shift.
• Handle client data and upload in internal track system while maintaining confidentiality, update daily reports and glitch reports to management, and perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling any healthcare procedures & services (not products, but the services of the healthcare facility)
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English language
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
