FM/MEP Manager

Job description / Role

Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities within the Middle East region and is currently seeking FM/MEP Manager to support the Abu Dhabi team.

Responsible for:
- Managing schedule of works and KPIs.
- Overseeing procurement of FM contractors
- Expert in specialist equipment.
- Overseeing and delivering quality FM services
- Providing advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the building.
- Managing the on-site FM team
- Testing and implementing disaster planning procedures to cover all emergencies.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in a technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible FM/MEP experience.
- Middle East experience is essential.
- Familiar with all heating, ventilating, mechanical and electrical equipment and must have a sound understanding of the purpose and general working of such equipment.
- Excellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skills
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well disciplined and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
- Preference will be given to native English speakers
