Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to lead our business expansion efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective commercial strategies, fostering strong customer relationships, and exploring new opportunities within the GCC market. This role requires a deep understanding of import/export regulations, market dynamics, and the ability to diversify our product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy Development: Create and implement successful business plans and commercial strategies. The primary focus will be achieving volume and revenue growth while maintaining profitability. Analyze market opportunities, identify new customers, and effectively manage existing customer relationships.
- New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business prospects to expand our market presence. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
- Key Account Management: Take charge of managing the company's key accounts, nurturing them, and driving business expansion within the GCC market.


- Product Diversification: Lead efforts to diversify our product categories, assessing market feasibility, and strategically expanding our product offerings.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Financial Assessment: Collaborate with the Managing Director and other departmental managers to assess the financial impact of new products and procurement decisions, particularly during bid preparations and post-award implementation. Ensure that commercial offerings are cohesive, compliant, and effective.
- Regulatory Compliance: Review contract documentation to determine compliance with import/export regulations, ensuring that all transactions are in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
