Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded client that operates 8 upscale casual restaurants across the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the operations and development of these restaurants.
You will be working closely with the Restaurant GMs and Head Chefs to ensure a smooth operation and that all revenue targets are achieved. You will also oversee the menu development, pricing, cost control, training and development, social events as well as all day-to-day operations. In addition, you will ensure all quality standards, hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation are maintained, whilst retaining guest loyalty and team motivation.
The successful candidate should have managed multiple outlets or a single large scale restaurant in the UAE. You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience with food and beverage and possess strong English communication skills. It is vital that you have previous experience in the UAE and a valid driver's license.
