What you will be doing:
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Motivate, lead, coach, and monitor the performance levels of all team members.
- Direct and maintain the safety and sanitation of all areas in the outlet.

Requirements
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in same position.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Good listening and communication skills & Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
