Expertise Required:

• Thorough understanding of forex trading with a focus on maintaining high performance standards.
• Proficiency in performance analysis, KPI management, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Ability to identify and address traders' pain points and integrate feedback for actionable improvements.
• Skill in fostering a culture of excellence and establishing best trading practices.
• Excellent communication skills for creating clear, impactful guidelines and content.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor traders to ensure they meet or exceed performance standards and KPIs.
• Provide support to traders to improve trading efficacy.
• Actively gather and utilize trader feedback to enhance strategies and platform functionality.
• Develop and instil a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
• Implement measures to improve the quality of trading signals.
• Develop comprehensive guidelines and educational materials for traders and customers.

• Demonstrated experience in a trading analyst role or similar.
• Fluent in English with exemplary communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments, trading strategies, and market dynamics.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent teamwork capabilities.
