FP&A Project and Implementation Management

Job description / Role

Project Planning:
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope (implementation of a comprehensive planning tool), goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Implementation Management:
• Lead the execution of project plans, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement project initiatives effectively.

Resource Allocation:
• Work closely with management to allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project goals.

Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Communication and Reporting:
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for project sponsors and team members.

Quality Control:
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with project requirements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and implementation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Between 18k-20k AED per month – depending on your experience and interview.
