Fragrance Advisor

Job description / Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Fragrance Advisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different perfumes and their ingredients, and will be able to provide exceptional customer service to assist clients in finding their perfect fragrance match.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized fragrance recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs
- Assist customers in testing and experiencing different scents to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of various perfumes
- Maintain a clean and organized fragrance area, including product displays and testers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the store and promote a positive shopping experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role within the perfume or beauty industry
- In-depth knowledge of different fragrance families, notes, and ingredients
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets
- Passion for perfumes and a genuine interest in helping customers discover their signature scent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a visually appealing and organized fragrance area
