Charterhouse is working with a renowned, Dubai-based premium home furnishings company. Our client is looking to hire a Franchise Manager who will be responsible for managing, maintaining and growing the brand throughout the MENA region.

Responsibilities will include forecasting sales plans, reviewing profitability reports and organising and hosting assortment reviews. You will also provide product knowledge for stores in order to train store-based staff whilst being involved in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and be a senior professional with extensive understanding and knowledge of the GCC and MENA regions. It is essential that you have proven experience of developing new franchise partners.
