Franchise Operations Manager - Luxury Food Retail / Confectionary

Job description / Role

Our client is a luxury food retail brand with operations throughout the GCC and beyond. We are supporting them in their search for an experienced franchise operations manager, to be based in Dubai. Candidates will, ideally, come from a luxury confectionary / food retail brand with experience handling a large portfolio of 30+ stores, as well as experience managing franchise partner relationships.

This is a very hands on operational role, and candidates should come from renowned international brand backgrounds with a focus on brand standards within a high end luxury context. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established brand who are continuing their growth trajectory, as well as firmly establishing their place in the market as a first rate employer of choice.

Salary : 25,000 AED per month

Salary:
AED 300000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience working with franchise partners across a large luxury portfolio of stores, across a significant geographical territory. Ideally candidates should come from a luxury food retail brand / confectionary brand with a sizeable portfolio of stores internationally. Candidates should be autonomous leaders with a drive for quality, integrity and excellence.
