Job description / Role
• Identify the organization's requirements for Business Writing skills and accordingly design a half-day agenda for Business Writing skills training program
• Facilitate the in-house training program for a group of 10-15 accounting professionals
• Monitor and assess pre-work and design a procedure to provide post-workshop guidance
Requirements
• Experienced in training corporate professionals in soft skills, mainly written communications with the ability to identify and design a program best suited to the organization's requirements.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the art of Business Writing, viz, Emails, MEMOs and PowerPoint slides and understanding the difference between each while communicating the same to the audience.
• Strongly connect with the audience and create a motivated atmosphere that will have a strong impact on the group of professionals.
