As a Front Desk Agent at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. <br><br>What you will be doing: <br><br><br> - Greet and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional service<br> - Responsible for check-in/out process, collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards, as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders<br> - Take initiative to add a personalized experience<br> - Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling<br> - Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols<br><br>Additional Information <br><br>Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:<br>We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.<br><br>
