Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
A well-established provider of online trading technology and various financial products

Job Description:
• Interact with clients, visitors coming to the office for appointment in a polite and professional manner
• Provide hospitality services, i.e., preparing and serving beverages for management & visitors.
• Assist front desk
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Attend to calls, walk-in queries, and emails professionally and appropriately address and handle inquiries/requests.
• Assist in dispatches and couriers, customer collection related tasks, as and when advised
• Assist in administrative tasks
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

Requirements

Position Title: Front Desk Administration Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 10K AED, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
• Open to Eastern European nationals
• Female, 23 to 30 y/o
• At least 2 years’ experience as an Admin & Reception from any corporate office set up
