A large FMCG company is looking for a new person to join their ever expanding team of professionals.
You will be;
-Responsible for filing and completing forms
-Managing the Front office
-Expected to support in the printing and binding of proposals, arranging taxis and minor logistics
-Supervising three staff
-Upholding the highest levels of customer service
- Diploma level educated (or equivalent )
-Must possess a minimum of two year's experience in front desk or receptionist role
-Basic PC skills on excel and word
-Strong organizational skills
-Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
-Must possess a professional telephone manner
-Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
-Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
-Demonstrated team player
-Must possess a warm, friendly and professional demeanour
