Front Office Ambassador

Job description / Role

This is a newly created company, specialising in buying and selling of luxury goods such as cars, yachts, watches & jewelry and will bring a unique concept in micro-financing of personal assets to the Middle East region. This will be a distinguished brand and will also have a private members club arm to their super – luxe concept.

On behalf of the company we are looking for a Front Office Ambassador to reflect the corporate, high end image of the brand so a polished, professional look is extremely important. The incumbent will be the first port of call for clients so a warm and friendly nature is paramount as is the ability to host the company’s VIP guests.

The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out including operating a busy reception desk; front of house duties; meeting and greeting visitors; assisting with some facilities management and general administration as and when required.

Requirements

Applications are invited from candidates with absolute proficiency in the English language and you must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards. Proactivity, good organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount as a professional and corporate appearance in line with company image.
