Job description / Role
Manage the front office and executive office in terms of the following:
* Receiving guests and following the protocol for guest service
* Ensuring that the meeting rooms, office and executive office areas are always set up for guests arrival
* Ensure VVIP guest service to all visitors and facilitate the F & B services depending on set protocol
* Ensure the servers and cleaners are prompt with F & B service.
* Answer phone calls and direct them within the office
* Manage basic administrative tasks like pantry inventory, purchase, coordination with building management for administrative tasks, etc.
* Booking of air tickets and planning itineraries for the management as required.
* Coordinating with service staff, drivers and servers for various tasks.
Requirements
* The candidate should have experience in front office management and guest relations in an MNC / 5 star hotel / large corporation, etc
* The role will require the candidate to be dressed in smart formals through the week.
* Extensive experience in Front office and executive/ VVIP guest management.
* Familiar with record keeping, MS Office and travel bookings.
* Very good and effective communicator
