Job description / Role
We are looking for a passionate Hospitality professional to join the Front Office team as Supervisor!
In this role you will manage the day to day operations and of the Front Office team; schedule, plan, develop and communicate departmental strategies and goals. Ensuring all Ambassadors are trained according to Sofitel brand standards. The Front Office Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling and regularly conducting routine inspections of the Front Office as well as the Public areas to ensure these areas reflect a welcoming environment for our Guests. The Front Office Supervisor will assist in managing Hotel revenue generation and maximization through full use of company systems, processes and standards. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Hospitality Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential English
