Full-Stack Web Developer

Job description / Role

The developer will be in charge of designing and implementing the frontend and the backend of different web application. He/She will be working hand in hand with a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers and UX designers to come up with data products that can be an Artificial-Intelligence-based platform, real-time dashboards, virtual assistant, chatbots and some other data monetization applications in a wide variety of Industries (Banking, Public Transportation, Hospitality, Government, etc.).

His/Her missions will be:

- The design of complex software architectures with scalability and cloud deployment in mind.
- Expose A.I and Machine Learning models developed by our Data Scientists in a micro-services-based environment.
- Implement user-friendly web interfaces for Data Science use cases using technologies like Angular 2+, ReactJS or VueJS in a containerized ecosystem.
- Implement and optimized backend of different data products like Google-Actions-based applications, Chatbots, and other web-applications in a containerized ecosystem.
- Be involved in the improvement of our Agile methodology frameworks, code quality requirements, deployment pipelines.

Requirements

- At least 3 years’ experience in application development
- Familiar with Agile frameworks
- Familiar with Test Driven Development methodology, and automated tests
- Comfortable in a R&D, innovative and data-driven environment
- Be able to working in a distributed team

Required Competencies:
- Frontend tools and framework like Angular 2+, ReactJS, VueJS, HTML5, CSS, SASS
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, NodeJS, GoLang, Java or Scala
- Container-based technologies like Dockers, Kubernetes
- Comfortable with Cloud ecosystem
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is appreciated
