Job Summary
Dubai Holding Entertainment? currently has an exciting career opportunity in Human Capital for a 11 month contract role. We are looking to hire a Functional Consultant for Oracle HCM.
The Consultant, based in the Human Capital team at DHE, will be an Oracle HCM (Fusion plus R12) functional specialist with all rounded experience in HR processes including Payroll, Onboarding / Off boarding, Reports, Data Management, etc.
Operational:
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of Oracle HR solutions as a Functional expert (Oracle Fusion experience preferred) having worked on ERP implementation, migration or major systems enhancement projects as a power user, process expert, or a process owner.
• Is able to translate business requirements/compelling events in to viable system solutions and subsequently execute.
• Is Technology savy and is able to avidly collaborate with Business Technology on HR related Tech matters to deliver system automations and data insights using which the business stakeholders can make informed decisions.
• Support the HC Team on design configuration, system testing and migration projects Oracle HCM (Fusion plus R12)
• Support the HC team on people processes including Payroll, On-boarding, Off-Boarding, Employee Shared Services
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in Oracle HCM / R12 as a super user or functional expert
• Experience working with Oracle HCM technical and IT teams
• Been a part of / led at least 1 end-to-end Oracle implementation / migration project.
