Job Description

- Maintain gardens, green walls, paths, lawns, trees, shrubs and plants by pruning, trimming, and other gardening techniques.
- Inspect lawns and all other plants for problems and apply fertilizers, fungicides, weed killers, and other chemicals to control pests and diseases.
- To maintain all equipment (incl. Safety equipment) in good working conditions at all times, and attend to any minor repairs that need to be done.
- Keep all parking lots, and other public spaces of the hotel cleaned and free of litter.

Requirements

- To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
- To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
- To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.
- To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub sections of the Engineering Department.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Grounds and Gardens Supervisor.
