Job description / Role
Quest Search & Selection is currently working with a multinational FMCG business and they are looking to hire a General Ledger Accountant to be based in Dubai.
As the General Ledger Accountant, your responsibilities include:
• Execute daily general ledger transactions;
• Execute month end and year end closing activities related to general ledger;
• Record supporting information for all journal entries;
• Perform all assigned support through general inquiries and timely to meet audit deadlines;
• Monitor overhead spent throughout all cost centers and proactively go after and implement cost reduction;
• Interface with management in various departments
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Certified Accountant is preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience to related field within an FMCG industry;
• Must have working knowledge of SAP and Oracle.
• Vast knowledge with whole set of accounting book;
• Team player and can work independently;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary Circa AED 12,000 per month
