General Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced General Manager for a new bar/evening venue in Dubai.

We are looking for a dedicated inspiring leader with a great personality and has a love for and experience in the current late night scene in Dubai.

Do you have the following attributes:
- High Standards
- F & B Management experience in the GCC
- Proven track record· Keen to train and develop staff and self
- Proven effective marketing experience
- Great man management skills, especially with mix cultural teams
- Outgoing, creative and energetic personality
- Focused and hands on approach to all aspects of the business
- Passion for the industry and knowledge of beverage/mixology

Requirements

The candidate will have similar experience of managing a busy bar/restaurant/nightclub in a fashionable multi cultural city.

UAE experience is preferred.
