General Manager - Reel Cinemas

The Role
The General Manager for Reel Cinemas manages and oversees all aspects of new developments, cinema operations and activities with focus in delivering high quality of services for the customers. The role would play an instrumental role in developing operating policies and procedures, preparing and achieving sales margins, implementing and monitoring the budget and ensure delivery of outstanding customer service experience.
Requirements
Required Experience
Minimum 7 years of total experience in operating multi-site cinemas of which minimum 3 - 5 years of operational leisure industry experience preferably with line management responsibility.
