General Manager

Job description / Role

The General Manager has overall accountability for the delivery of passenger transport services and customer service strategy though the leadership of all customers facing roles and the management of safe operations and planning.
The General Manager is also responsible for the overall compliance of the company by ensuring we are operating legally at all times in terms of licenses, permits, and people.

Essential Experiences:
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a Senior Manager role with operational capacity
• Sufficient experience in transportation and logistics industry
• Strong knowledge in relevant regulatory authorities’ laws and legislations
• Proven sufficient experience in leading large teams
• Proven experience in managing successful projects
