Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our real estate operations in UAE, specifically in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a proven track record of driving business growth and success. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the company's objectives and drive business growth in the real estate sector in UAE, specifically in Dubai.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities, to drive business development and expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and make well-informed business decisions.
- Oversee the financial performance of the real estate operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies to maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization to enhance the overall customer experience and business performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the brand, establish thought leadership, and explore new business partnerships.

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive leadership role in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of delivering business results and driving operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in UAE, particularly in Dubai, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies, identify opportunities, and solve complex business challenges.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications in real estate management or business administration is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-oriented approach and a high level of resilience and adaptability.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
