Job description / Role
We are working with a leading UAE-based group to appoint a General Manager for a 5 Star hotel in Dubai.
The hotel is managed by a major European operator - as General Manager you will oversee the entire operation which comprises 800+ keys across the hotel and residential apartments.

Requirements
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have worked as a General Manager in a large luxury hotel in the Dubai market.
- Experience as General Manager or Operations Director within a luxury hotel
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent
- A track record in increasing hotel profitability
- Excellent leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai hotel landscape
