Job description / Role
We are working on behalf of a well-established Dubai Group which with very exciting long terms plans in place. They are searching for a General Manager to lead the business development strategy and operations for three of their UAE business entities.
Core duties will include:
* Reporting to the Chairman, you will be responsible for full management of multiple entities, each with its own business unit manager
* Financial Management of budgets, targets and full P&L control of each entity
* Lead the business development strategy and activities for each entity, working closely with the business unit managers to create robust business plans for each
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
You must be an Arabic speaker to be considered for this role
You should hold approximately 15-20 years professional experience with a background in business development and commercial management
Strong educational background is essential, you should preferable hold a post-graduate degree in management or marketing, and MBA etc
You must demonstrate extensive experience of managing multiple business units, stakeholders and be prepared to demonstrate a track record of successfully doing this
The ability to present and explain complex information correctly and efficiently to multiple stakeholders, including investors and external parties is essential
