Job description / Role
Managing product planning and execution.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Pricing to ensure that targets are met.
Maintaining strong business relations with Corporate Offices.
Providing leadership and motivation to staff within the company.
Briefing and training Sales and Operations staff at monthly meetings.
Identifying potential customers.
Staying informed of all competition in the marketplace.
Responsible for overseeing the running and operations of the call centre.
Requirements
4 to 5 years of experience in the travel industry with a background in car rental.
Excellent computer and web based skills.
Structured and results driven individual.
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent knowledge and connections in this area.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
