Salary Description:Up To AED35000 Monthly + Company Car
On behalf of our client, an international music service provider, we are looking to recruit a General Manager - Sales for their Dubai office. Reporting to Owner of the Company, your main responsibility is to lead the sales function and generate profitable new music service contracts within the luxury hospitality and retail markets in the region. You will independently manage and direct the operation of the company as well as the tasks mentioned below:
- Manage, direct, monitor and mentor staff.
- Recruit new staff as required.
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Meet profit and growth target.
- Formulate marketing strategy; plan, develop and implement advertising and PR activities.
- Meet marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans.
- Develop and implement customer service standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
- Implement change.
- Develop and maintain customer and potential client database.
- Provide input into new product and service development.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a vibrant candidate with excellent track record in B2B sales and operation management, preferably good network with the hospitality industry in UAE/Middle East.
You should be self-motivated and enthusiastic individual and possess excellent sales and negotiation skills as well as good business acumen. Excellent skills in English are mandatory and German will be an added advantage. Valid UAE driving license is required.
