General Manager - Facilities Management

Job description / Role

Our client is an established FM Service Provider. They are currently seeking a General Manager - Facilities Management to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

The successful candidate must be able to lead the FM Division, drive implementation of best practices across contracts, work with bid teams to support the operational strategy, ensure that bids and contracts balance maximizing profit with minimizing risk, and ensuring compliance with the company financial policy and standards.

Requirements

- 10 years’ experience in similar position within Facility Management company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is highly desirable
- Strong experience in leading the FM Division in the consistent delivery of operational FM solutions across business unit
- Strong experience in resolving significant contractual issues on existing contracts, acting to identify and mitigate actual and/or potential problems
- Middle East/Regional experience is required
