Job Description:
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's objectives to enhance productivity and streamline operations following best practices.
• Identify and assess operational inefficiencies and develop plans for process improvements.
• Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
• Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.

Requirements

Position Title: GM - FnB
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus and incentives
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end restaurant within Downtown Dubai.

Qualifications:
• Male, 30 to 45 years old
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar/related role from stand-alone restaurants.
• Must have experience in known brands and high-end international cuisine
• Must have pre-opening experience
