Position Title: General Manager – Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-established fast food chain.

Job Description:
• Lead and oversee all operational aspects of multiple fast-food chain locations in the UAE.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments.
• Manage and mentor department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals, maintain quality standards, and uphold brand reputation

Salary:
AED 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificate
• At least 5 years of experience in the same position
• Should have experience working with famous fast-food chain / QSR (KFC, McDonald’s, Popeyes, Jollibee, Texas Chicken, Max’s, Shake Shack. Wendy’s, Hardee’s, Burger King, or other fast food/QSR)
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
