General Manager Sales and Operations:

A Dubai based leading scaffolding and form work setup is looking for a position of General Manager Sales and Operations.

• The candidate will be responsible for Managing a scaffolding business with direct reporting to the CEO, Leading and Coordinating a team of sales, designers and experienced scaffolders.
• Monitoring the overall company operations and ensuring successful and efficient execution of jobs within schedule and budgets.
• Representing the company before clients and conducting price negotiation, contracts and tenders.

Requirements

Personal Specification

• Graduate degree duly attested from concerned authorities.
• Should have hands-on experience in managing scaffolding projects.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience of scaffolding in UAE and GCC preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills.
• Must have leadership abilities to lead projects/ training programs; ability to lead and drive initiatives; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and manage people.
• Computer knowledge in MS Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Valid UAE Driving License.
