Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for the entire visa application and renewal process that includes collection of required documentation, submission and updating of data flow, cancellations, medical examination, entry permits, visitor visas, amendments to contracts and all other related administrative requirements.
- Managing of all related financial transactions, including the submission of claims related to visa and licensing expenditure.
- Solving problems with relevant authorities related to application and renewal processes.
- Formal record keeping and updating trackers to indicate progress on application processes including the preparation of monthly reports.
- Manage the service level agreements with data flow service providers.
- Translation of required documentation for submission into Arabic.
- Prepare letters and forms for labour, immigration, CID, Police, DED, consulates and other Governmental bodies as and when required.
- Provide reasonable assistance and guidance to employees with family member sponsorship applications.
- Manage and transact on behalf of the company with the pensions office for U.A.E. Nationals and related GCC Nationals.
- Address employee’s queries in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements

- A relevant formal qualification in behavioural sciences or a related field is highly recommended.
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience within a fast paced corporate environment and the ability to consistently deliver quality service.
- Sound knowledge of and experience in all related visa and licensing processes including related statutory requirements around licensure of clinicians and the business.
- Sound knowledge of the U.A.E. labour law.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its related recruitment challenges will be an advantage.
- Functional proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong planning and organising skills and the ability to monitor and manage various deadlines.
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Mediclinic as well as relevant regulatory authorities/departments.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Willingness to be available after hours to assist with queries from regulatory authorities and internal clients.
- A strong focus on service delivery and meeting client expectations.
