Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for implementing a consistent Advisory/TAS Graduate Development strategy for the region in line with global talent guidelines. Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the SL Graduate Development strategy with the inclusion of any country specific requirements. Engage with the business leadership to obtain buy-in for the SL Graduate Development strategy and plan, with the aim of improving engagement and retention of graduates. Works closely with the business, campus recruiting, Talent Consultants/ HR enablement, Talent Development and shared services in ensuring consistent deployment of the SL Graduate Development strategy. Conducts stakeholder management, builds and maintains relationships with region and / or country leadership, talent teams and other EY networks.

Onboarding
• Working with Onboarding ,Recruitment and Experience Management team as appropriate, ensure business involvement and participation in induction and onboarding activities
• Develop a SL Graduate Induction with the Graduate Development Manager that provides all required induction, technical and soft skills required to start their career
• Implement the SL Graduate Induction and ensure a consistent exceptional experience
• Engage with the business to ensure Graduates have a transition plan in place and understand their responsibilities in supporting new hires to integrate into the EY environment
• Monitor consistency in communication and on boarding materials across the region for the SL
• Track effectiveness of the induction and onboarding program; obtain business feedback and coordinate with HR Enablement for process improvements at the region level

Operations management
• Understand and have knowledge of Talent processes
• Deliver learning programs for graduates in coordination with local offices (eg. training logistics)
• Lead 10 degree implementation in relevant SL
• Manage and oversee any performance improvement plans
• Work towards achieving various targets e.g. GPS, turnover, retention and diversity targets
• Ensure to deliver to our EVP promise

Development
• Ensure all graduates are getting the necessary soft skills and technical training across the SL
• Support the role out and success of 10 degree program for the SL graduate population
• Manage and implement the overall career management path for graduates in the SL
• Work with the Experience Management team to ensure that Graduates are getting the right blend of and exposure to experiences
• Create a Graduate network develop skills, relationships and networking capabilities
• Monitor the effective implementation of the SL Graduate Development program across the region
• Ensure the career journey and development is meeting the needs of all Graduate populations include GCC Nationals and females.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between the talent team strategy and business strategy
• Strong client focus with the ability to network, build good relationships and work virtually/ across borders
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
• Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent
• Strong understanding and connection to different ways of working within the millennial population
• Strong experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
• Working in international and diverse environments
