Quest Search & Selection is an international, award winning HR & Recruitment Consultancy with a great reputation for placing Marketing, Sales, Buying and Logistics staff in FMCG and Retail companies. We focus on middle and senior management staff to a range of clients in the UK and across the world. We have offices in London and Dubai.
The Dubai Office has several opportunities for new graduates or undergraduate to work as interns and learn about Recruitment, Resourcing and Sales. The initial internship will be for 3 months.
As a Graduate Intern you will develop your skills in fulfilling the following duties:
• Developing an understanding of clients and their industries
• Utilising the company’s databases and CV banks to resource for suitable candidates
• Reviewing and filtering applications and short-listing candidates
• Preparing CVs and other documentation
• Mapping businesses and creating organisation charts
• Performing administrative duties (e.g. answering phones, booking meetings, etc.)
Requirements
• Recent graduates or placement students.
• Someone who is eligible to work here – typically you will be on your parent’s visa.
• A highly organised individual with a passion to learn and progress their skills.
• Possessing a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Interested in business, Sales, HR or Agency career longer term
• Very proficient with MS Office applications and social media.
