Charterhouse is exclusively working with a leading Ecommerce business based in Dubai who due to expansion is looking to hire a fresh graduate to undertake a Product Officer position within the business. Our client has been established in the region for over 5 years and is a specialist in home services comparisons online.
As the product officer, you will own a specific service on the company's platform and improve it over time by overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and assessing feedback from suppliers. You will establish a strategy made up of quick wins and long terms goals for your specific service to improve the performance of the service across three areas - product, supplier and customers and implement these initiatives.
Requirements
This vacancy is ideal for a fresh graduate who has a motivated, energetic and hardworking attitude and is keen on progressing within the E Commerce industry. You should have a strong academic record and leadership skills. Candidates from top tier universities will be preferred and you must reside in Dubai.
