Graduate Trainee - IBM Consulting - 12 months

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM Consulting trainee, you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas forward, put your transferable skills to work, and develop and learn new skills that will support your career growth.

During your trainee experience, you will be responsible for:
- Participating on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform our clients business
- Working closely with clients to understand their industry, challenges, and goals, and developing tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that drive business outcomes
- Focus on our clients' technical and business needs to co-create solutions that add value
- Continuously learning and developing your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies

We are currently hiring trainees for the following roles:
- Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Design
- UI / UX Designers
- Mobile Developer
- JavaScript Developer
- Data Scientist
- SAP Consultant

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong academic background and Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or Engineering, and a passion for technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, building strong relationships to achieve positive outcomes
- Soft Skills including attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Fluent in all aspects of English communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must reside/have nationality in the UAE and eligible to work for 12 months starting March 2024.

Requirements

We are currently hiring trainees for the following roles:
- Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Design: Required skills: Product Design / Road mapping / Value based prioritization, Define scope and requirements, Lead delivery
- UI / UX Designers: Required skills: Human / Experience Design, Market testing
- Mobile Developer: Required skills: Flutter, full stack mobile app development
- JavaScript Developer: Required skills: ReactJS, nodeJS
- Data Scientist: Required skills: Building and training ML and GenAI models / solutions
- SAP Consultant: Required skills: Basic understanding of ERP software and its modules; Previous internships or co-op experiences related to SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
