Job Description

The graphic designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They will develop the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Responsibilities:

- Develop visual designs and concepts that align with project objectives.
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral that reflect the brand's image and style in order to drive hotel revenue.
- Collaborate with the hotel's stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions.
- Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event related collateral.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary changes to designs.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer role (hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Has a flair for photography, content creation, task management and social media management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
