Job Description

Summary
The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in crafting compelling visual content and brand collaterals that elevate our brand and resonate with our audiences. You will be responsible for a wide range of design projects, from creating marketing materials and graphics to designing restaurant menus, sales brochures, and promotional flyers for internal and external use.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and develop creative and visually appealing graphic design solutions across various mediums (e.g., print, digital, web, social media).
- Design high-quality marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters, email templates, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain a good relationship with print and production partners.
- Develop infographics and data visualizations to communicate information effectively.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Source and manage brand assets, stock photos and illustrations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software applications.

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience/Certificates/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with hotel experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles (e.g., color theory, typography, layout, composition).
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Proficiency and understanding of AI tools for visual content.
