About the Client:
A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Operate and maintain grilling equipment for optimal performance
• Grill meats and other items according to established standards.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grilling area
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 45 years old and below
• At least 1 year experience in the same role, years of experience in the industry required.
