Overview of the role
The Senior Manager - AI office PMO is a critical role to help drive and monitor the Group AI (Artificial Intelligence) office strategic initiatives and a crucial part of ongoing planning and program management.
The role holder will work closely with the Chief AI officer and Group Technology & AI Strategy director to help achieve the AI office objectives. The role entails working closely with senior stakeholders across Al-Futtaim business divisions and functions to ensure that the key AI initiatives are completed to plan and that target benefits are identified.
What you will do
- Lead program management for the group AI office and coordinate activities for the AI transformation program.
- Ensure quality of analysis, activities, and deliverables as needed, including the development and validation of roadmaps / transformation plans.
- Help syndicate analysis, results with all stakeholders and manage relations and expectations.
- Support in preparation for governance committee meetings.
- Prepare regular reporting and progress updates - for the Group AI leadership team and other senior leadership meetings.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively drive momentum of the AI programme

What equips you for the role
- A business or technical degree from a reputable institute.
- have 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 4-5 years of management consulting / business program management experience.
- Experience in Digital / technology led transformations, complex program management & benefits realization is preferred.
- Any Experience in driving AI led transformations will be very valuable.
